Our Whole Roasted Duck Ssäm is Available for parties of 3 – 10 guests. This dish includes the whole duck, confit duck legs, scallion pancakes, red leaf lettuce, hoisin, duck-fat ginger-scallion sauce, Korean-style barbecue sauce and crispy shallots. Available for parties of 8+ guests, our Whole Bo Ssäm includes a slow-roasted Heritage Foods pork shoulder accompanied by red kimchi, ginger scallion chimichurri, korean ssäm sauce, fresh herbs, rice, and lettuce for making wraps. The Dining Room is located on the second floor of Ssäm Bar. This dining experience centers around tabletop grills bringing Momofuku chefs tableside to prepare meat and seafood dishes.
With views of the East River, the bar and patio offer a full course menu featuring meat, seafood and vegetarian options. Please note, this dining experience does not incorporate tabletop grilling.
