Momofuku Ssäm Bar opened in 2006, and is the second restaurant from David Chang and the Momofuku team. In 2021, Momofuku Ssäm Bar moved to Pier 17 at the South Street Seaport.
The menu is a constantly evolving selection of dishes with meat, seafood and vegetarian options. The space offers two ways to dine: Our first floor welcomes guests at the bar and on the patio, serving both snacks to enjoy with your cocktail, as well as a full menu to enjoy at dinner. The Dining Room, located on the second floor with views of the waterfront, centers around tabletop grills and offers a menu featuring meat and seafood grilled tableside, available a la carte or as part of a multi-course experience.
