Whole Rotisserie Duck Ssäm (8ppl or more)
Long Island’s Crescent Farms Duck stuffed with a duck and pork sausage before being cooked on a rotisserie. Includes the whole rotisserie duck, confit duck legs, chive pancakes, bibb lettuce, hoisin, duck-fat ginger scallion sauce, korean-style barbecue sauce and crispy shallots.

50-day Dry Aged Ribeye +$12pp (6ppl or more)
50-day, dry aged ribeye from Niman Ranch in the 107 style cut with the cap and exterior dry aged fat left intact. It includes grilled watercress and parsley, coriander buttered rice, green goddess wedge salad and cucumber tzatziki.
