Our large format meals are celebratory meals designed for the whole table. Large Format meals must be reserved at least 48 hours in advance. A la carte and large format reservations are available on Resy.
Bo Ssäm | $250 | serves 6 – 10
The Bo Ssäm features a pork shoulder that we cure overnight, then slow roast for 6–8 hours before glazing with brown sugar and roasting juices. It comes with a dozen oysters, white rice, Bibb lettuce, Korean-style barbecue sauce, kimchi, and ginger scallion sauce. In the spirit of “ssäm,” which is Korean for “enclosed” or “wrapped,” we encourage guests to make wraps with the pork and condiments, or eat as they please.
We offer the Bo Ssäm at lunch between 12 pm – 2 pm. At dinner, it is available between 5 pm – 6:30 pm and between 10 pm – 11 pm.
King Crab | $588 | serves 4 – 6
Our King Crab meal features multiple courses that highlight the crab in a variety of different preparations that draw on Chef Max Ng’s Singaporean roots. The crab is delivered the day of your meal by Regalis. The meal starts with crab legs that are butter-poached then grilled and served with a selection of sauces and lettuce wraps. Next, the head meat is fried and served with with salted duck yolks and curry leaves. Finally, Chef Max uses the knuckle meat and incorporates it into a riff on his grandma’s Hokkien Noodles.
Due to limited availability, we offer one King Crab meal nightly, Monday – Wednesday, at 7:30 pm.
Whole Rotisserie Duck | $175 | serves 3 – 6
The Whole Rotisserie Duck features a duck that we source from Crescent Farms on Long Island. We stuff duck-and-pork sausage under the skin before cooking it on a rotisserie. It comes with chive pancakes, Bibb lettuce, hoisin, duck-fat ginger-scallion sauce, Korean-style barbecue sauce, and crispy shallots. In the spirit of “Ssäm,” which is Korean for “enclosed” or “wrapped,” we encourage guests to make wraps with the duck and condiments, or, eat as they please.
We offer the Whole Rotisserie Duck at lunch between 12 pm – 2 pm. At dinner, it is available between 5 – 6:30 pm and between 9:30 – 10:30 pm.
